Hi everyone!

I hope you're all doing well. It's August, and for most of us, August is HOT! Here are my favorite SELF-CARE tips for staying cool:

  • Keep a bottle of natural coconut water in the fridge to splash on to your face from time to time. You can put it on a washcloth and lay down for a few minutes, or even put it in a spray bottle to spritz yourself. Alternatively, put your favorite hydration spray in the fridge. Mine is Too Faced 3 in 1, which is made with coconut water!
  • If you're overheated, run cool water over your wrists to quickly cool the body. This also works in reverse -- if you're too cold, run warm water over your wrists.
  • Give yourself an ice-globe facial to cool down while you lift and rejuvenate your face! You can click here to buy my full ice globe facial video for $12.

Do you think you can't wear MAKEUP if you have mature skin? Think again! While most foundations I've tried make me look older, Seint gives a youthful glow without enhancing lines. And it has good coverage! You can watch my latest how-to-video here to see how easy it is to use. I'm using demi color corrector instead of concealer in the video, and I really like the effect. Let me know if you'd like to know more about Seint or how to get a custom palette.

This month's YOGA tip is a breathing technique to help you let go when you are overwhelmed. This breath is different from the letting-go breath I often start classes with, so take a look at this free video and practice along!

Last but not least is my FACE YOGA tip of the month. The skin on our neck can be very dehydrated. Even if we take good care of it, it can be drier and more lined than our faces. I spent the last month experimenting with this tip to rejuvenate and hydrate the neck, and I'm happy to share it with you -- and you already have everything you need to do it in your home! Watch the video here.

That's it for this month. Please let me know if you have any questions or requests. I'd love to know your thoughts!

Namaste!

Sandy
