When I first started face yoga, the skin on my forehead was loose like puppy skin. When I did the owl exercise, my skin would roll under my fingers and collect at the bottom.! It did not take long for my skin to tighten up, and now there’s no more rolling! I’ve learned to use my eye muscles to express myself rather than my brows, I’ve done lifting and toning exercises, techniques to relax the frontalis, and lots of massage. When I’m stressed or not sleeping, my lines are more visible. But because my muscles are toned, I can get them smoothed out again relatively quickly. And the best thing is that I CAN move my forehead so I will continue to benefit from circulation to the muscles and skin, and I will continue to produce collagen and elastin. Having more money in my pocket and no toxins in my face makes it even better!
